Can't de-activate product key

I clicked on the cancel my subscription link in the product key page

I’ve got until 5th November left on my license but whenever I go to Product Key it now shows me an ad to buy a product key rather than my still active key.

I want to de-activate the key so I can transfer it to my Pi4 32 bit + 64 bit versions of DAE before my license expires

At the moment if you cancel the key. there is no possibility to switch the license.
