I can’t reinstate premium on my new OnePlus 7T with Android 10. I am using the correct Google account. Had the same problem with some other apps and others were recognized fine automatically.
Any ideas?
Hi use the same Google Account as at the time of purchase. Then reinstall the app and check that you have an active internet connection when you open the app so that the synchronization with Google Play can take place.
