Cost of Membership

I’m disappointed to see an email arrive today that offers a “limited time 10% discount” when I just paid full price for my initial year’s membership only one week ago. How do I obtain credit to my account for the difference in the price paid and that offering? If this is not available, how do I cancel my membership?

The approach does not make a new customer feel good about his/her purchase. Poor marketing to say the least.
