I am interested in Deep Art Effects, but the free version crashes every time I run in on MacOS Monterey on the Mac Studio.

We would greatly appreciate any screenshots or a debug log file in case you can get it while the program is open.
Additionally, does the app or your operating system display any error messages after you run Deep Art Effects?

I’ve the same problem. I’m a registerd user, where I also like to use DeepAtEffects on macos Ventura (Version 13.0 Beta (22A5365d))
I would like to send you a crash report, but unfortunately it is not possible to attach a file-type like a “pdf” and the crash log text itself is longer then the allowed limit for forum posts…
So please let me know how I can send you a complete crash report?

Hi,
I have the same problem, I wanted to try the free version but it crashes systematically on Monterey.
Which is strange because it worked normally at the first opening. I think it started to crash while downloading the AI styles. After the first crash it kept unable to launch.
I would like to send the details of the problem to you but the message field is to small, could you please help ?
Hello @LolyetPoulet , could you please send us the debug logs through email? You may use this email address: [email protected]. We will then have a look at the generated logs to see what it causing the crashes.
Open Deep Art Effects and select “info” → “about” in the top menu bar.
In the about dialog there is a button called “show debug log”
A new window containing the log will appear. Just press “copy”
Or you may localized the debug.log file on your computer, which on the Mac is located at ~/.deeparteffects/debug.log.
