Desktop win 8.1 . . . just left waiting. . . why?HowFix?

Hello
Testing desktop version (no licence yet). . . on windows 8.1, with 8GRam

UI loads well
select image loads well
select filter loads well
but. . .
when click to do the AI artwork tranformation. . . the box opens with “please wait”. . . and stays forever! (no art)

Any ideas why. . . how to resolve?
(the image chosen is a small test 330x440 jpg)
(get same from STD & GPU versions)

Please try out the CPU version. Also try to delete the cache from the info menu within the app.
