I downloaded the correct version to my mac laptop
It verified (I think)
I see it in the applications folder
When I try to open it, nothing happens

Hello @CanonMinolta thank you for reaching out. What type of chip does your Mac have? Do you have enough free RAM left to run the software? Have you checked if your computer is all up to date?
These are the system requirements: MacOS X 10.12 (Sierra) or later, 4GB of free ram, 2GB disk space
Please keep in mind that the above mentioned requirements are a bare minimum, so even if you have the minimum, the desktop application may still sometimes give errors when using.
