Product Key not showing in my account

I have read in several posts, that you can deactivate your license, from your account. I see no way to do this. I purchased a Deep Art Effects One Time License on May 16, 2020, and I have received a receipt from PayPal and a Deep Art Effects Product Key via Emails. However, the “Product Key” page of my account, says that I need to buy a key. How do I get this fixed?

For perpetual / lifetime licenses this doesn’t display (yet). If those need to be de-activated so you can re-activate it on another computer please contact our support. Either via chat or via [email protected]
