Where is customer service?

I have a one time license, and switched computers. I cannot use my license…activation for the one time fee collected a few months ago - there’s no one to talk to ? I’ve been spending undue hours having to recreate a whole new account. I’m out a lot of money considering that for years i went with the $25 every 3 months. help

Good day, sorry for this inconvenience. You should be able to log in to our website, there you can de-active your license. This unbinds them it from your old computer. Following you can use the license again on your new computer.
